    ^This and your your injury makes me sad, hope the injury doesn't stick to ya. Make sure you attend some physical therapy though, if the therapist are even decent it can make a huge difference .

    +1 on this one - 20yrs of Rugby means I was well known to most of the physios in the area, and they've patched me up more tmies than I care to remember.

    Also if no one has mentioned it yet, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM will help out tons with your recovery. All 3 are non steroidal anti-inflammatories, as well as precursors to cartilage and synovial fluid. Take all 3 together for the best results.
