I would like to see something articulated with maybe a central pivot. Electric drive would be nice...oh sorry, wrong tractor.
I'll be honest. Having been living with complete indecision built upon complete lack of money for equipment...
I'd love to see traktor with colored waveforms, and something visually to aid mixing of the sort of the waveforms being next to each other for aid with beatmatching.
It's simple thing, probably the only selling point to me of Serato. But it's big, considering it's a huge help/crutch while learning to manually beatmatch by ear.
i have a laundry list of requests, but the top of the pile is this:
i'd like to see the next traktor bring back some of the functionality from traktor3 that it scrapped in traktorpro because they were trying to make it more user friendly and aesthetically pleasing (or whatever the reasons, i'm not sure).
personally i've never found traktor3 to be that complicated to the extent that it needed to be dumbed down for users, or the GUI too cluttered that it had to be cleaned up.
when i have some time i'm going to do some side by side comparisons between traktorpro and traktor3 so i can properly assess what is missing in pro that i prefer in 3.
