Niceness, just a few months then.

The APC40 is fucking beautiful! I'm definately getting one as soon as they are released. Its my perfect controller.

Buying ableton 7 2nite with free upgrade to 8.

    FUUUUUCK ME!

I havnt been this excited is a long time. Its jizzworthy in the extreme.

Looper is like omgosh, new beatwarping is sexytime to the max and the new usability and workflow features are just fucking wow. Not to mention the new improved operator and other stuff like vocorder.

The thing that actually reeeeally stood out to me was groove. That is FUCKING cool, take s standard 4x4 loop of drums then use a couple different groves and fluidly mix in and out of different patterns LIVE. Fuck its a beautiful thing. Espc for dubstep.

THEN AAAAAND THEN!!!!!! Theres Max/MSP Support. I nearly simultaniously shat/came myself when I saw that. O M F G I love you ableton! You are gods!

/crys a little in sheer joy

Yeah, the reasons for staying with Traktor are becoming less and less clear for me. I'm thinking about making the switch when Live 8 drops, I'll be picking it up anyway for production Can't wait, loads of really great stuff in this release

I'm waiting to see if i'll stick with 7 or wait. It depends on what Celemony has to show.

Gah.... Do I want to stay with my buggy Traktor OR move to Ableton so I can just combine production + producing AND DJing ........

I hate finding a MPC24 for 140$ and starting the thought flow towards Ableton.

    Dooo iiiit.

I seriously am seeing less and less reason for traktor. The only one being is if you really like having platters.

Especially with looping n such ableton is soooo much powerful and the advantage of combing production and DJing is total joy.
