    I've got a DDM4000. I know what you mean about the fader caps. What I did, was flip 'em off the stems, fold a small piece of paper over the stems, then force the fader caps back on. Much better now.

    Same with the crossfader.

    Can't say I've got any problem with the knobs...

    Probably just using something like camstudio (link below) to record the traktor screen.
    And then set it up in any kind of video editing software (Movie Maker, Premiere, After effect...) with the sound recorded from traktor and the video from the webcam/camera.
