Less than a week (VMS4). What to do?

Most Plastic buttons dont have the travel that the Xone series (small black buttons) uses. I cant think of any other controller that has anything like them. That being said, although the travel is long, it doesnt take the button to be pushed all the way down in order to trip the midi command, its trips the midi command less then half way down. After using them for a while, I would even say they are kinda arcade button-ish. My only issue beyond that is their size, they are really small.

Its funny, I thought I hated the Hot Cue buttons at first too, but when I mapped play and Cue functions to them I kinda like them, and prefer them over the large Play & Cue silver buttons now. They do "break in" a bit - meaning they feel more reponsive over time because they have a bit more give.
