I couldnīt find the answer in the forum so i got to dig it out myself:
With the use of one Modifier per Jog Wheel it is possible to have a Itch like way of using the Jog Wheel. The only drawback is that you have to press the "platter" if you want to "scratch" when you are not playing.
1. Add "Modifier #1" and assign it to the left "platter-press" (B5) with mode Button & Hold, Set Value=1
2. Add "Scratch On" and assign it to the left "platter-press" (B5) with mode Button & Hold
3. Add "Scratch" and assign it to the left Jog Wheel (CC60 + CC02) with relative mode and Mod#1 Condition 1
4. Add "Tempo Bend (Stepless)" and assign it to the left Jog Wheel (CC60 + CC02) with relative mode and Mod#1 Condition 0
Repeat the same for the right Jog Wheel with Modifier #2.
This Setup is pretty simple, you may adjust the sensibility to your need. The most important part for me was: When the Deck is playing i may stop it by pressing the platter and start it again by releasing it.
Using Asio4All with a buffer size of 64 and no latency compensation makes it almost feel like Itch.
Also here is a List of the LEDīs Midi Map (You have to add one octave to the notes, as traktor numbers Midi Notes differently from Max/Msp):
