DJ Tech Tools Signup Broken

The main DJTT site (not the forum) signup form located here is broken:

If you try to create a new account you get error msg -

Name can't be blank

1 error prohibited this user from being saved:

... even though a name is filled when submitting each time (I tried/confirmed multiple times).

I put a message into the head mod. They are working on it.

Midimaps site is still under maintenance but should be fully back soon. I was able to create a new account today, could you please try again and see if the issue is resolved? Thank you!
