    seriously, the vci is mocking me. New error:

    now, i have resetted the configuration for FDT and the error is the previous one:

    sometimes it says "time out", others just "download failed", others it says the 21 seconds warning. Serious, is vci firmware upgrade worser than women menstrual cycle ending??!!

    Maybe this is the problem? I used a Dynex serial to USB cable from Best Buy and it seemed to work.

    btw, in the video, ean says, in a commentary box, that the lights should flush, when in boot mode. Which lights? When i connect the kit and turn on the vci (connected to the laptop), no lights flush.... :S
