thats my new favourite tune. i dont have it and ive only heard it once. makes me think of sexy female pirate ghosts in rag bikinis, sailing a pirate ship through a deadly storm, shooting beams of green-glowing radioactive waste at each others faces

edit: i should mention that my idea of pirate ghost involves slightly decayed flesh, but in this case not around the boob area

Not that I'm trying to defend it, but being someone that knows nothing about drum & bass, is there a reason it gets such a bad rap?

old pendulum is good. especially the reeaally old stuff like Masochist.

Hold your colour is what kinda got me hardout into DnB, and it is a fucking good album. Its just that it got fucking Thraaaaaaaaaaaaaaashed and you would talk to people and they say they like DnB and you ask who and they say Pendulum.... and dont know anyone else.

the main thing tho is that they sold out hard and basically InSilico is shit. DJ Fresh (of Bad Company Faem) basically produced Hold your Colour under Breakbeat Kaos and made them who they were , pendulum screwed him and told everyone in the scene was shit and moved into being a 'live band' and stopped being DnB at all. Its more rock with DnB influences then DnB anymore.

Basically saying you like pendulum just puts you out with DnB scenesters because Pendulum are no longer part of the DnB scene etc.

.... yeah you see what I mean? Its kinda cool for rock music.... but its not drum and bass. And it gives DnB a bad name because people get into it thinking this is what DnB is... but its not
