The Drum & Bass Thread (formally Drum 'n' Bass is dead?)

is there any kind of dnb with a kind of 'techy/spikey' vibe that could work alongside hard house? thinking it might work better to pitch some stuff down as well as up (breakbeat). 'clown step' suggestions welcome

I cross mix genres all the time during our live shows via DnbRadio, but am only able to b/c of the 20-50% pitch bend that Numark TTx's have
Do tend to stay as far away from 'clown step' as possible though, lol

Try checking out some techstep? Or like techno influenced dnb? I don't really listen to hard house so, couldn't tell you exactly what it would go with.
