    Default 6 pin slide potentiometer?!

    hey there..

i just purchased two alps slide potentiometers for an umc32 project.. (click).
but when the package arrived today i was kinda confused.
there are 6 pins on each poti. 4 on the one side, 2 on the other..
how do i solder them to the standard ground, 5v and signal?
what's the direction of the poti? i think the 4 pins are meant to be at the top, but im not sure..

    thanks for the help!

Judging by the diagram it's a 1,2,3 fader that has double pins. 1 is the 5v, 2 is the variable and 3 is the return.

    I think.
