    +1 for his dark materials and ender's game, as well as DJing for Dummies.

    Bram Stoker's Dracula is also really good. The way it's written is a little off-putting at first, but it grew on me.

    His Dark Materials is a great easy read. I read it, and Lord of the Rings, every few years just cause they are so wonderful. I think it's about time for a refresh too.
