Hello,
I have recently upgraded the firmware on my VCI-100 to 1.3. The upgrade was successful since I didn’t get any error messages. The jog wheels is lighting up when I connect the VCI to my PC. Windows and Tractor recognize the controller like they should. But after activating the controller in the midi set-up menu, it appears like Tractor doesn’t receive any signals from the controller. When I push the buttons on the controller the midi icon in Tractor doesn’t light up, like it should.
I have tried to run Midi-OX to see if the controller sends out any signals and it appears that it does when I touch the jog wheels or any other button.
Can anybody please help me?

try re-setting traktor as it sounds like a software problem. If midi-ox is seeing signals then traktor is the culprit. Also, if you dont have an audio output selected then the midi input will not work
