modifier for vmc100+traktor duo

hi all,
just wondering this because of the lack knobs for effects and all. i saw the tutorial for making an toggle modifier and that looks like something i need on the controller. so, is it possible to do this with the current set up? just want to know before i start messing around with the midi mapping settings. thanks in advance. this is a great website!

well, i got the toggle modifiers working with the f1-f4 buttons on the vcm100. but now thinking about it some more, i don't actually have any good knobs to map the fx amount to. first i was planning to use the balance knobs because i never touch it. not a good idea haha. i had music coming out the the left side only when i toggled the button off. has anyone here played around with a vcm100? i'm running out of ideas. should i get some kind of small controller i could map for the effects like maybe one of those korg nanothings? also, is it possible to use another midi device with traktor duo?
