The book is printed and distributed by two different Print-On-Demand providers, one in the US and one in Europe. I did this so shippings cost is as low as possible. And the USD price is similiar to the Euro price. This is due to different manufacturing costs in USA and Europe (this is something beyond my control) Originally Posted by djhipnotikk
