As future changes come out the book will be changed to suit the book, also anyone who has bought a book will get pdf files containing the differences in the text.

    More info soon

This book basically tries to walk you through all of Traktor. It frequently gives concret realistic "challenges" and walks you through the steps. You also get a lot of useful hints about DJing in general. I think its especially helpful for beginners. But there are also sections that experienced DJ's can benefit from, like the section about MIDI messages. Most importantly it tries to keep all relevant information together as it walks you through things, while the official manual cross references you to other sections all the time.

As for the price, I do not get how $30 is expensive for a book. This is what the cheapest programmering books go for. Of course you can get fiction cheaper.

Programmering is now my most favorite word ever.

Also: I've been waiting for this for a while, and look forward to having the money to spend on it.

I wouldnt bother with the Duo book, Duo will just be watered down version of the Pro book - it would be better to buy the pro book in my opinion as that will contain everythign the duo book does and more. While i cant see the duo book containing anything that the Pro book doesnt.
