MF Classic limited in responses

First time problem with MF Classics, here is a run down of what has happened.

> New laptop, 64bit Windows
> Installed Traktor Pro 2
> Added the correct MF_deckalized.tsi to run my two midi fighters as decks
> I have run the MF utility and it says that both are up to date.
> Both MFs have been assigned the right decks in control manager

Now, when I start using them in traktor pro 2 some keys are responding as normal. For example, the play, cue, filter and delay all work fine. However, echo, sync and especially the sampler keys are not getting any responses in traktor. The LEDs light up and the 'ctrl' symbol lights up in the information bar of traktor but they're not performing the functions they should.

Has this issue been resolved before? Am I missing something?
I reinstalled the old Traktor I used them without a problem on to see if it was an issue between the two, but that also has the same issue for some reason.

Any ideas will be very helpful, I have a huge gig on the 10th of Feb and it's getting me nervous without some serious practice.

Try importing the mapping and FX presets twice - there is a traktor bug which means that FX settings do not always import correctly.
