Seeing that I was in the market for a new laptop and after Apple released the new MBP's a few days ago, I couldn't resist the urge and my RGAS. So yesterday I went in and picked up the new 13" MBPr. Just did a transfer from my old Mac with Time Machine.. Man this thing is blazing fast compared to my old MBP and Mavericks looks and works great.

But their SSDs are soooo small, how can you live with like 256, or 512 gb?

With the user of an External Drive.

I've been on the thought, but I've read that some says that it isn't a good solution to have you traktor libary on an external harddisk.

Well thats not a big issue for me as I only store my music on my laptop. For everything else I use external drives. I have the top end 13" with a 512 GB SSD, and its not even 50% full. So far I have not felt the need to have a bigger hard drive, only bigger externals!

Then that's obviously not a problem for you
I'm a student, so got all my papers on it as well. Got 750 GB now, and thats almost full (mostly with because of my music). So for so long I'm gonna stick to my HDD
