this is pure speculation, however if timecode mk1 is activated by serial that means that the mk1 source code is availiable in the program, same with people with just traktor and not scratch aswell. thought the patent was also on the concept aswell of using vinyl to control a mp3.
there was a interesting article made by the man behind intimidation mixers, he was also claiming he invented timecode, but then you have the dj from wu tang clan claiming he made it. There is also an old uni experiment showing the concept.
Anyone tried the MK2 timecode cd's? Interested to know if they are worth the purchase or not.

Macbook Pro 13", Kontrol Z2, Kontrol F1, Kontrol X1, 2 x Pioneer CDJ-850, 2 x Pioneer CDJ-400, Traktor Scratch Pro, Audio 4 DJ.
The timecode wavs are not available yet.
Trying to find out if they will become so.
But, worth remembering that the MK1 timecode is only available to people that have already bought the timecode once.
Maybe the MK2 timecode wavs wont be made available unless you buy a CD pack in the first place.
Dont shoot the messenger (as its just a hunch)
just looked at the downloads section at NI. and the cd timecode does not seem to have been updated yet. doesnt mean it wont happen tho
People have been nagging NI for over a week about the wavs and no-one has had an answer yet.
I just tried to order a bundle and it says it was not currently available did they sell out? Anyone know any other retailer that will have these available? I called my local GC and they said they had some but I don't know if the guy knew what he was talking about when I asked if it was MkII vinyl. He just kept saying it had TPro2 listed on it.
