Plugging into club mixers or sound system?

What cables are the best to use? RCA to RCA, dual 1/4 to RCA or something else?

If you're plugging into a club mixer, you only need to use RCAs. If it's into a PA system directly, you'd be better off using the balanced outputs.

dual means two separate.

what I meant was, two separate cables which both have one plug on each end or one cable that has 2 plugs on each end.

Don't think such a thing exists. It might, but when people talk about dual TRS they mean 2 separate cables.
