Vestax Vci 400 ?

I'm really excited for this, it definitely seems like something I would purchase in the future if I get more serious about DJing.

To me the biggest draw is the build quality. I love things that are quality-made and the fact that the VCI-400 has such a strong metal frame along with solid metal knobs really entices me.

Plus the large quantity of buttons seems like there could be endless possibilities.

Now if only it was slightly cheaper...

I'm calling Traktor on this, filters on every channel, FX 1 and 2 on, 8 performance pads per deck, and 4 knobs for each effects unit.

edit: Maaaaybe not. I dunno anymore, now that I've read the official Vestax stuff.

but why are the new controllers (ns6 + vci-400) for itch though?

ah yep... one of the reasons i didnt go for the X1+free traktor... deal and boy would i have been pissed off if i had gone for that and then saw the K2

methinks the 2nd hand market will contain a few more X1's soon

only controller i've bought recently is a midifighter, which is a no brainer, i had to have one of those.

rumours has it that NI is ceasing giving scratch certification and such to majority of other companies and direct priorities to traktor as NI is coming up with their own line of more hardware and such in the future
