Is it possible to play chords or notes with a 25 keyboard? how? Since im a beginner im planning to buy a 25 keyboard

You can play what you like, but you're certainly not going to be learning to play piano properly with 25 keys. Those keyboards are great for working out chords and playing them into a DAW, but if you actually want to play 2 handed piano you need something bigger.

My 25 keys AKAI MPK mini is just great for entering notes & chords in my DAW. However, it is (mostly) for one hand use.
