Exactly why enter a crowded market already. Ni hit new ground with the s4 and competitors are only just catching up now. They should be market innovators/leaders not followers. Hope the x2 is good.

so maybe dedicated HID is the main reason to buy this over something like the mixtrack pro?

personally i wouldnt buy an S4 as its just too big - i wouldnt mind this S2 and use an external controller for sample decks. tho does seem expensive so i'd probably just go for a twitch instead

does seem odd no dedicated filter knob when i'm sure they could have squeezed one in.

Oddly enough, I've heard from a number of Porsche owners/enthusiasts that the Cayman is better driving experience over the 911. Sure it doesn't have as much juice under the hood and overall performance but they said since it doesn't have as many bells and whistles they were able to drive the car instead of driving them.

Of course I've never had the chance to jump in Cayman so I couldn't say first hand, only what I've been heard and talked about.

The filter was my favorite part about the s4 honestly. I liked it all but the built in filter pass really made it bomb. Although I'm considering this once people start to sell them used as a smaller controller possibly. I'd like to see the footprint of it compared to an s4 and a twitch.
