It was posted here some years ago. Designs are from 09 and it looks like it didn't make any progress since then.

As padi said, I remember to saw it in 2009 here at the foruns, it keeps getting reposted from time to time but never had any progress:

Sad that it didn't launched but I think that it can be constructed with some circular touchstrips (like the old iPod ones) and some mad DIY skills.

I like the concept, but the disk seems a bit too small.
