Get the Audio 2 - asio4all is not a real ASIO driver - it's a wrap on the embedded soundcard on your laptop (probably Realtek in WASAPI Shared Mode). The NI drivers are true ASIO.

Another way to get around this, and I did this for awhile when I was first getting into mixing, is using a higher-end gaming headset.

A lot of those have built in soundcards (oddly enough). I was able to route the output of my main audio through the built in sound-card, and I was able to choose my logitech gaming headset as another option for my monitoring.

Only works if you have a gaming headset with a sound-card though, though most of the higher end ones do.

Eventually I stepped on them or something, and they broke. But it was a bandage to get me through for awhile.

Probably the easiest temporary solution is the splitter by Griffin/algoriddim for the iPad/Phone. 3.5mm stereo male to 2 designated 3.5mm stereo female for cue and line-out. Use a 3.5mm male to RCA to your speakers.

nah im looking for two separate outputs so i can have master and cue. this would just have both speakers and headphone channels sounding the same
