Nope but if it breaks and you send it back for repair and it is obvious to me that it broke because of something you did wrong the cost of repairs will be placed on you.

If you are practically minded and can solder there is very little to go wrong.

Just to be shure i didn't unsoldered it, it took me 3 hours to take them out (using dentist gear)
