I just cleared to 35 gigs left which is just over 10% on the iMac. One tip is to make smart folders. I have one set up for files over 1 gig and 1 for files over 500 mb. When I open them they search the computer and show me all the files that qualify. Just be careful deleting large files if you don't know what they are. Also sorting iTunes by bit rate can help you find the odd wav file you didn't know about.
