Novation out with a new DJ product?

Due to lack of hard information, I've begun filling in areas with what I think might be there. As I start to put this together, I'm finding a lot of stuff missing.

I'm not seeing an obvious control for song loading / file browsing, no master/booth/cue controls, etc. For sure there could be knobs on the front for the master, cue, etc. But I see no clean area that says song loading.

Is it possible that there is a knob where the SLICER logo is in my pic that would allow scrolling through the library?

And what about those 2 dark areas in the "effects section"? There SEEMS to be a bigger knob there, but I can't say for sure. And it's small enough that I would question whether it's a "jog" or not.

I'm also questioning whether the 4 smaller buttons above the "cue pads" modify the touchstrip (and I have now) or do they modify the cue buttons? They seem to work downward, which would indicate it's the cues being modified and not the strip.

oh well.. disappointed it's probably not going to be a 4 deck controller.

About to dish out for an S4 as soon as they're back in stock over here in Melbourne then saw this thing and thought since I already have an Audio 8 and X1 this could've fitted in perfectly as a 4 deck internal mixer.

Anyway for Traktor I'm probably thinking S4 is probably the best route to go down with NHL and dedicated section for loop recorder etc..

The knob that you call pan definitely has 2 lines of text above it = "FAD" and "O".

I'm sure we both read the article. I don't see how "FAD" or PA" and "O" translates into anything filter related.

There are several guesses I don't think are right. The FX SEL button above the fader is probably wrong, because it really should be 2 buttons (one for FX 1 and one for FX2), I think the CENSOR function is probably lower in the controller (if it appears at all). And the fact that there are no track loading or obvious output controls makes me think that the top encoders might not be effects at all. We'll see.

i have a feeling that the touch sensitive area is soft of like that stanton scs midi thingie, seeing that the area lights up to the beat (seems like it?) maybe it follows the beatgrid? kinda like if you set the metronome on a launchpad
