    LOL... yes total diet and get fitter regime. I run most nites, or rather i did until i moved house away from the beautiful park I lived next to.
    The canal tow path at the bottom of the garden is cool but its pitch black in winter so i got out of the habit with all the newness of the move and over xmas i put a load of weight on.

    Running and eating healthy and its dropping of.

    And that was a total waste of the precious moments of YOUR life whoever is reading this twaddle.
