not having ever used or listend these. Are they any good for playing out?

Seems like the are better for casual listening.

They don't look like they'll take the bashing about that a good set of DJ headphones would.

I love these - they can take it all and they are as close to unbreakable as you can get, but I heard the sound quality is a C+; design A+
They do NOT fold - bummer!
