Novation Launchpad Full 4Deck Mixer Traktor Mapping

As far as i know it should not matter wether the buttons are mapped to 'cc' or 'notes' notes but i could be wrong. My suggestion is that if midikatapult does not correspond with traktor your settings could be wrong. Make sure that you have 2 IpMIDI ports, 1 for input and 1 for output and these should be assigned to both Katapult and Traktor and note that the input from Katapult becomes the output in Traktor.

Heres my loopMIDI settings as an example:
Katapult=
in=Launchpad 1
out=Launchpad 2

Traktor2=
in=Launchpad 2
out=Launchpad 1

What I wound up doing is just directly mapping a single page of several functions to either half of the launchpad (34 for Deck A and 34 for B) Sort of like a supplement to my numark controller. I can link you guys to the .tsi file you'd like. Below are the functions:
-
- play/pause
- set to master
- /2 & x2 BPM for those 70/140 and 64/128 tracks
- Detect BPM & Analyze Track for browser mode
- Set/select/delete hotcues 2,3,4
- 10 pads for Loops 1/32 to 16

No problem! I added a whole new page to incorporate sample decks (C & D). All you have to do is press the "User 2" button and the launchpad changes.
The bottom row is Slot Clear;
The next one up is toggle Play/Pause;
The next changes the slot from Repeat to Single-shot;
The row above that is Load From Deck;
The one above THAT is the Slot Phase Sync (I'm not really sure what the phase sync does exactly, but I put it there because I thought it was just a Sync button; apparently it's not)

Also, the First and Fifth buttons on the second row are Sync buttons on all pages (they don't light up), and the First button on the third row Analyzes the selected song in your list.

On the second page (User 1 button), the First/Second and Seventh/Eighth columns starting on the fourth row are FX Unit On buttons for all four decks (4 for each A,B,C,D; 16 total).

this mapping is old though and made for traktor1, checkout my other threads for newer versions with new features and compatability for traktor 2.
