can anyone confirm or deny something for me

will this be a update for traktor pro and traktor pro scratch

or will it be a "new" stand alone version, all so sold with the audio interface?

as far as i know there will be an update on the s4

but as for the others am not sure yet, seems like there will def. be new sound cards but either the software will work or not on old one's i have got no idea

hope any1 could enlighten us about it so i can either buy an audio8 or just wait for the new ones

If you read this thread, you'll realize that we don't know for sure, although there is a fair amount of conjecture which I'm not about to type out again!

Audio 8 and Audio 4 will work with all Traktor Scratch software, new or old.
All Traktor Scratch software will work with old or new NI soundcards.

There is nothing coming that will make anything existing obsolete or unfunctional.

Also your assumption about S4 software is 100% incorrect.

i read somewhere on NI website that in near future traktor s4 users will be able to connect analogue turntables/CDJ's to scratch pitch control etc.

btw your post on my other thread got me on my feats ... i mean got my hands on my mouse and went hunting information deep inside the jungle of google results and ... i think i have made an achievement !
