Not sure about new MBP's. Granted it has been a while since the unibodies came out. But only in october they added a new i7 2.8 ghz option which kinda implies they're not rushing out new ones soon. They're pretty great as they are. At the moment I can only see usb 3.0 and SSD's as an upgrade path.

i can't wait until "dubstep" as a trendy buzzword wears out it's welcome amongst all the bandwagon dorks so they can go back to not-dancing to their arcade fire records instead of shaming an otherwise cool genre of dance music.
