Fantasy Football

Anybody on here doing a Fantasy league? It'd be cool to see who all you guys had and trade ideas and such.

I'm in three of them this year... Finished 2nd (yeah I know, 1st loser!) in the two I played in last year. How did you fair in wk 1? I went 1 and 2. I got screwed by Witten, Bills Def, and Vick's lackluster performance.

I did aight in the first week. Kinda got screwed not starting Jones Drew due to his holdout (even though he didn't to so hot). And Stafford threw too many interceptions. All in all a decent week for my first year playing fantasy

Important lesson I learned when I first started playing...wait a few weeks before you start worrying about the performance of your starters. You just never know how things will turn out once they hit their stride a few games into the season...This was especially true with last season and the lockout/shortened training camps.

That awkward moment when I shoulda started Blaine Gabbert over Cam Newton and David Akers scored more points than my defense...

I had Akers, I almost exploded when he made that 60 yrd field goal

Akers?! Tell me about it, that 63 yarder was the difference (not in my favor) in my matchup...

I like the way you think Otacon! I have Akers also. What a kick. That will hopefully negate his shanked FG last year in the Playoffs. Had to make sure I picked him up this year.
