I quess i screwed up.
The key-lock button doesn't work with me.
Still got the sync problem and ramp-up problem.

I do got high res pitch faders (0.4) and i can boot the vci in test mode, i think, by holding the right echo + play.
Only both key locks and deck c / b buttons 'r on, i assume this is test mode.

omg... i created a hybrid?!

I hope de chips + cable get back in stock soon .

It is absolutely impossible to accidentally create a hybrid of 2 firmwares

The firmware is completely deleted before being upgraded. Your problem is more likely mapping related.

And for what it's worth DJTT tweeted last night that firmware chips were back in stock.

I don't see how this could be a TSI issue. Reloaded a new TSI tho, but that has nothing to do with the key lock button not going on and off while traktor is off.

Re ordered a chip + cable.

What do you mean? Do you mean the sync button (Key lock is the shift function)? Or are you talking about the way the original vestax faceplate labels the buttons?

Well I've never been in any doubt over which version of the firmware I have! I wasn't really an active member of the forum (in fact I don't think I was a member) before I upgraded to FW 1.3, then when I upgraded to 1.4 I had disco mode!
