I need same help for my vci 100

My vci 100 is broken, the left fader volume doesn't work, i need another new fader, but in italy is impossible to found it.
Can you help me?

Can you describe exactly what it does when you move it? Did anything get spilled in it? If it's just acting sporadically it's possible you might just need to clean it.

I saw the video, and I cleaned the fader, but it does not work, it does not send midi signals. I have to make DJ sets and then I substituted the crossfade to work with that, but it is a temporary solution.
I think it has to be replaced with a new one.
