Another thumbs up for Windows 7 (Ultimate, 64 bit) and Traktor. Run that on my two DJ notebooks plus home PC. NO problems.

Well, can't tell you exactly how-to, but there is loads of information on the web and it all starts on http://www.asio4all.com/
You must install the asio4all software, then in traktor select as output soundcard the asio4all card. Hope this helps. I'm off to bed, im sure there are more people to help here or try google g'night

Try increasing the latency too. Onboard cards not running ASIO drivers sometimes need pretty high latency times to work properly. On my previous Dell, I had to go up to around 30 - 40 odd ms. Worked fine after that. Sounded alright too but you're not going to be able to have much fun with those kind of times.

64 bit windows7 with dualcore AMD Athlon II. Running TSP with a Stanton SCS.3 System (touch interface).

Only problem i've encountered is that at least once or twice in a set everything will just stop... it doesnt freeze but the music stops completely and my controller does not respond anymore. even with my mouse i cant get the music playing again. i need to shutdown traktor and Darouter and boot em up again.

I will try disabling my wireless card next time tho! See if it helps!

Needless to say i've only used this setup for gigs at parties... until i find a solution to my problem!

Disabling all the things that are resource hogs, i.e. network adapter, visual effects, etc. can definitely fix the majority of problem most encounter with running Traktor on the new versions of Windows. If none of the things mentioned so far fix it I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling Traktor and make sure you have the latest .tsi mapping.
