    Here we go for a copy of my set up.....
    I mix using Traktor Scratch pro (using two Technics and control vinyls) and Ableton for sample triggers.

    My set up.........

    System 1
    (Performance) MBP 17" (Early 2009) 2.93Ghz Core duo, 4Gb 1077Mhz RAM, OS X 10.5.8
    Software: Native Instruments Traktor Scratch Pro 1.2.1
    Soundcard:Native Instruments ADJ8
    System 2
    (Studio) MacBook (Black) 2.0 Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB 667Mhz RAM OS X 10.4.11
    Software: Ableton - Live 8, Native Instruments - Battery, - Absynth, - Pro-53, - Kontact.
    Soundcard:Native Instruments ADJ8
    Midi/ Control (either)
    [/COLOR]Vestax: VCM-600 M-Audio: O2, (Evolution) X-Session Korg: PadKontrol (running through FarmPad)
    Technics: SL1210mk II x 2

    Do you have ears in your knees or something? The tweeter should be at your ear level for mixing ideally. Having them just sitting on the desk with no risers is bad enough but below your decks aimed at your legs, how does that work for you?

    Glad you can take a little flack, nitrous just brings back bad memories from highschool and i was joking about the grey gooes, whatever you like, even though it does taste like saline...
