Oh, are those monitors HS50Ms ? A friend has the bigger 80s, they definitely sound good but I read the 50s have weaker bass response. What's your take on them ?

For studio work they're magnificent, for the dj'ing also. But if you want to feel the bass in your chest, you'll probably have to buy a subwoofer.
Since I live with other people in this house, these are perfect so others don't feel the bass when I'm doing a late night livestream

50's is a five inch driver, 80's eight inch.
Thats a quite big difference, so of course there is a lower bass response. I'd still say save up for 80's

Have to be honest, I don't use traktor scratch duo and the X1 that often anymore, because my laptop tends to let me down on the capital moments...

I had an old xps for a long time and a good cleaning used to help him regain his youth

S4 in white looks amazing and no more glossy mixer section...damn I'll probably have to buy one after exams and get that overlay as well

I would totally get a 12 Inch Skin if they weren't so gosh darn expensive. $65 for just an adhesive cover is quite a bit.

I did happen to notice the new Pioneer DDJ-T1...I'm a bit disappointed. They had the opportunity to dominate the controller market and they didn't try hard enough for it, imo. They already need a MKII to come out with more features, it's too bland as it is.
