Real Pizza Has 3 things dough cheese and sauce . Sometimes, sausage , mushrooms pepperoni ,onions , fresh mozzarella , peppers, basil , meatball and even anchovies but never pineapple or any other fruit . Its gotta be a Cali thing It is sacrilegious .

Yeah but one slice of pizza with pineapple contains both one portion of pizza and one portion of pineapple, which is 1/5th of your daily recommended amount of both pizza and pineapple as recommended by the Food Standards industry. Five slices of pizza with pineapple daily and you'll grow up to be a healthy adult Karlos.
