prefer running without music.
half the reason is because it improves the meditative benefits. the other half reason is having gear in/on my head and the headphone chords bouncing around is really annoying.
walking and bicycling is a different story though.
Warning: running/cycling with in-ear headphones is soooo dangerous . I should know, been cycling for 1.5 years to school (15 km) with them. And I've had tons of incidents verrrry close to actually becoming accidents. hehe
I love dutch law though. If a car hits a cyclist, it's the car drivers fault. Always.
okay lied about that one, but nearly always. I think not if the bicycle went through red (but it's getting late, not to mention off-topic)
Been running and riding for 30 years with music, never had a problem. Sometimes I do turn the music off though because I just want to hear my foot steps and breathing.
