I love swing house. Look into Greenskeepers and folks associated with them; Mike Dixon, and the G-Swing label (from roughly 2002); they did a couple of compilations but I still have all that stuff on 12". There was also another label that put out some great remixes of old Frank Sinatra type stuff; I have a ridiculous remix of an Yma Sumac song from that label. (I think it was called Electro Swing).

Oh yeah and a big +1 for Mr Scruff; he is amazing. And on the Ninja Tune vibe see if you can dig up the Jazz Brakes records -- I have 3, 4, and 5, and they are all just brimming with funk. Not as swingy as what you're looking for but a couple tracks are in that vein.

Here's a swing house mix for the Mixed in Key contest last year -- I was a little rushed when I submitted it and always meant to go back and redo it a bit cleaner (and longer; it's only 15 min) but never got around to it... enjoy:

I think it was Riva Starr who made it big this year. He not just played it a lot, he also made several tracks in that style. I like it. It's already starting to get old (Thanks to a million bandwagon jumpers per week), but it's a nice alternative to the hard electro sound that dominated 2009.
One of my favourites is this, btw:

Love Mr Scruff, went to see him at the Music Box in Manchester and at De Monfort Hall in Leicester. Awesome and played from when we got there until when we left. Posted a few of his tracks on here before.

Gramophonedzie do a lot of what you were talkingh about, the below was number 1 here for a while, not sure if you have seen them elsewhere?

    Oh, the irony.

It's funny that most people in the house scene got a bit tired of this stuff several years before the mainstream picked up on it. I still play bits and bobs of it. The DJ Bang (Derrick Carter) release on Greenskeepers with St James on it is top business.

Took a short listen to the stuff... For some reason I am reminded of Kid Koala lol probably the old jazz samples.
