Nice mini controllers. Game changer? Nah.

@sj03w4t - it is a mappable midi controller, so it should integrate with Traktor fine, including the LEDs.

So if I understand correctly, these will NOT fit on a (super) OEM turntable such as stanton's?

The controller itself is NOT a game changer. The fact that turntablists will get hold of it and get wild is what's gonna change the game. JFB has already got a vid up on facebook going nuts about the thing...

Juggle routines are gonna get crazy now. I just hope they throw a couple of those things over to Jazzy Jeff and Babu - those boys can DEFINITELY change the game if they get their hands on the Dicer.

The same thing can be accomplished with a $8 USB numberpad, I must be missing something.

    This looks way cooler.
I'm not good at things, but I like to pretend I am.

I think people are making too much of the phrase "Game Changer".
I think its a play on the DICER name... dice, games etc. The buttons look like the side of a dice.

    DJ Putty... very intriguing.

Helps fix DJs who have become leaky due to substance abuse.

Please do design us something that is as good for 25 bucks TABS,

Just because you can hack up something that can send the same midi message with a combination of hardware designed for a totally different purpose and some free apps does not mean "you could build one for $25"

I'm so sick of hearing that stupid response about any new simple product from trolls like you.

So please, go on ... put your 25 bucks where your mouth is ....

How are you missing it though.

Aside from its functionality and good design.

It looks very cool. Pretty lights and cool buttons.

If these things are the price thats been quoted i will definitely get one just for the sake of it.

As much as i do not need this item and prefer my X1 or my Faderfox there is no denying that this is the little controller that DVS users have been waiting for.
If your demands from a controller are not as great as say an X1 this is a god-send.

Its not a game changer but its a bloody neat, and very cool thing to have come up with.

Now... with all that . I EXPECT to see some Serato videos posted up on here or at Serato forums. This has to inspire some crazy shit. This isnt another Traktor/Serato jibe, i genuinely want to see some creativity from the Serato guys with this.
