- which version of Traktor Pro do I need and how to make it work? does it need midi or mini translator?
-will I be able to synchronize vci300 and traktor scratch pro v1.2?

the file from this thread (.tks) is for traktor 3 usage only - to use your vci-300 with traktor pro you should search for a different file (.tsi). you won't need the mini translator (only for traktor 3)
MBP, 10.5.6, TPro 2.0.1, Kontrol S4, VCI-300, a bunch of other makes-nerds-happy-stuff
...and still haven't got the heart to get rid of my Turntables, Mixer and my VinylsReggae, Ragga, Dancehall, Chill Out, Dubstep, Breaks, Drum & Bass
