just got the unit back on friday, everything is in good working order now - guess vestax service/support did a bit of restructuring themselves and since the crossfader isn't a normal service part, it took them a while to get it sorted.

anyone wanna buy a silver VCI-100 with the 1.1 firmware (just bought a firmware kit so i could update it next week)? being somewhat impatient, i bought one of ean's great SE models while it was at the shop :0)
