No x fader or volume faders

Hi all

I'm trying to set up a vci 100 with one of your tsi files for traktor pro. All the buttons seem to work fine but there is no sign of either an x fader or volume fader. The spaces where they should be on traktor are empty and they dont have any effect when moved. I can see them in the midi controller window and have selected them, clicked learn and moved them around but to no avail. Am I missing something? Somethin' obvious perhaps that'll make me look like a knob? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

In Preferences, click on Layout Manager from the left menu. Is "EQ + Fader" and "Crossfader" checked?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah they have both been selected but dont show on screen as or respond. If you have time, take a look at the attachment and see what I mean about them being blank - cheers

Go into Preferences, then Output Routing. Make sure internal is selected under mixing mode.
