mmm, BigC, if you are in boston, check out COPPA down in the south end on shawmut ave. Some of my family runs that restaurant. Plan to make a night of it though, they are really small (40ish seats inside, 24 seat patio). Thankfully, you can hop over to the bar across the street, and the hostess will call you when there is seating available. Theyve got a woodfire oven, tons of wacky pizzas, and overall a great menu selection.
I find that ~ 550-600 is somewhat acceptable for home made pizza. I plan on building a woodfire brick oven this summer though.
