Mapping is right, but isn't functional after restart of Traktor!

Hi ppl,

I'm about to release a pretty sweet launchpad mapping and I was wondering, if someone
knows this phenomenon:

I have set a certain mapping, that works perfectly. But after restarting Traktor, although everything seems to be alright, the mapping doesn't do, what it did before.
To make it work again, I have to map the exact same MIDI-Notes to the lines, that don't work.
So overwrite the lines with the notes they actually already have and then it works again.

Anyone?

This could of happen if you got a lot of modifiers in your mapping. Does this started to happen after some bigger re-arranging commands in a single device?

Well yes, there are a lot of modifiers involved and it could be indeed
something like u think.
But I'm pretty sure there are no confusions or unwanted mod states since it only depends on
4 mods being on or off respectively. The odd thing just is that, as I said, it works perfectly again,
when you just remap the exact same values to the mapping line that aren't doing what they're supposed to!
