Mash-Face's turntable setup!

Hello,
my name is Mash-Face and i'm a producer and deejay from Kortrijk (Belgium). I started my carriere in electronic music when i was around 14 year's old with some low budget secondhand JBsystems gear. I don't even remember the names and models of this gear, it was a 2 channel mixer with 2 very basic CD-players, and amplifier and 2 little speakers.

When the controllers started to get popular, i decided to get one myself. So i read a lot of stuff online and chose for the Traktor Kontrol S4, which i still have and love.
After a small 3 years, i broke my S4 (i fixed it again not long ago), so i decided to upgrade my setup a whole lot. I went to many gigs, and i began to see more and more turntablists. After a while, i got interested in turntables and scratching and so on, so i decided to buy a setup in this branche. First of all i bought my mixer, the Kontrol Z2, which is simply amazing. Then i started looking for some turntables, couldn't find good technics for a reasonable price. Till someday i saw Synq Xtrm-1's, i looked at the specs and saw that they can compete very wel with the technics so i bought 2 of those. I went to the store to get some needles and so on and came home with a new pair of headphones as well, the Aiaiai TMA-1's. My uncle stopped being a DJ so he gave me an amplifier, a Shure microphone and some speakers. And that's how my setup was made.
