My two best friends in NY were DJs playing at clubs, basically all my friends were into EDM and I was as well. I would always get hammered play on their decks and mix while we all got drunk. Within the first couple tried I was beat matching pretty well, and picking out tracks people dug, and they were all like honestly im impressed you are that good that quick, you need to lern a lot more but for the first few times screwing around thats damn impressive. And now here I am probably 10 years down the line on and off with it. I haven't been back in the game until about 2 years ago.

at 15 had VDJ, hated it, gave up.
17, Got my first real job and bought myself CDJs (100s's)
18, Sold my CDJs and bought Traktor and a VCI100
19, sold vci, Bought new CDJs, bought the scratch upgrade for TSP, bought an x1, Bought TSP2, Sold both and bought SSL.
Next few weeks ill be buying 1210's and hopefully a DB2 by xmas.
